About the product
A3.Telephony is part of the A3.Solutions line of business products. We build and maintain the product ourselves: from the switch that receives calls to the account your employees work in.
How we got here
A3.Solutions brings together business products: telephony, electronic document management, sales, HR and about twenty more services with a shared sign-in through A3.ID. Every product is made by our development studio Alfateam. We have been working since 2015 and grew from a web studio into a team that builds and supports its own product ecosystem. Telephony grew out of a simple need: companies wanted clear call handling without a server room and without a contractor for every change. Today it is a cloud PBX with a scenario editor, an AI assistant and call transcription.
