Caller ID
A caller ID rule picks which number a call goes out from, based on the number the employee is calling. A call to Almaty goes out from an Almaty number, a call to Tashkent from an Uzbek one, and the customer picks up more often because they see a local number.

FAQ
What if a call matches several rules?
The rule higher in the list applies. You change the order with arrows, so a specific rule for one employee can sit above a general rule for everyone.
Why do I need prefixes and exit codes?
Employees dial numbers the way they are used to: with or without the city code. A3.Telephony adds the company prefixes to the number and converts it to international format.
