Can I keep the number my customers already know?
Yes. You connect your own number to A3.Telephony for free, and you can port an existing number from your current carrier. Customers call the same number, and only the way the call is handled inside the company changes.
Why verify company details before buying a number?
Providers issue numbers only to verified companies. Verification happens once in A3.ID, and after that you buy numbers in the catalog without submitting documents again.
How many numbers can I connect?
There is no limit on the number of numbers. Each number is paid separately from the company balance and can lead to its own scenario.
