Companies, employees and access rights
An employee is invited by email and signs in through A3.ID. The manager assigns their department, position and access rights: dial arbitrary numbers, see contact numbers, listen to recordings, see calls of the whole company, send SMS.

FAQ
What if an employee has no A3.ID account?
They get an invitation by email and register with it. Until then their status in the employee list is “Pending registration”.
Can I manage several legal entities in one account?
Yes. Companies are created manually or loaded from A3.ID, and you switch between them in the account menu.
