FAQ
Why check numbers before a calling campaign?
Some numbers in an old base no longer work. The check removes them in advance, so operators and the AI assistant call only live numbers.
Why can a number be temporarily inactive?
The phone is off or out of coverage. That is why a job can be repeated up to five times with an interval, and a number that comes back on moves to active.
